Thermoformed Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle 16mm - 225g Performance, Custom OEM Factory

Heat press - thermoforming - is how we build the performance line. The face and core are fused under heat and pressure into the stiff, sealed body, which gives a bigger sweet spot and a crisper hit than cold press. This paddle is is a 16mm, 225g mid-weight with carbon fiber face - T300, T700 or T3K  - over a PP or aramid honeycomb core.

The build. Thermoforming bonds everything into a single rigid frame, so there are no loose edges and less twist off-center. It feels solid in the hand and holds its line on drives, punch volleys and resets. 

The face. T300, T700, or T3K carbon, plain fiberglass, or a carbon-glass hybrid. T700 is what competitive players ask for: stiff enough to push through drives, textured enough for spin. T3K gives the woven look players recognize at the net. 

The core. PP honeycomb keeps it light and stable; aramid adds stiffness for a crisper response. At 16mm and heat-bonded, the sweet spot stays large and consistent, so shots near the edge still come off as expected. 

Weight. Held to +/-10g around 225g, so every paddle in the run polays the same. Different  profile? We build 10-19mm to order. 

Finish and brand. Glossy, matte, weave texture or sandblast for feel and spin, plus cutout printing. We match Pantone colors to your artwork, so your retail line keeps one look.
