Standard mass production is 25-35 days after the pre-production sample is approved and the deposit has cleared. Stock items can move faster, and custom printing or new tooling adds time. Whatever the number, we give you a dated schedule at the start and update it when something changes - a lead time that moves without warning is worse than a long one.

Sea freight FCL or LCL, air freight, and express for samples. We quote CIF and DDP if you would rather not manage the freight yourself. For marketplace sellers we deliver directly to a 3PL or Amazon FBA warehouse with the carton labels, barcodes and shipping plan you specify. Combined loads are common - one container with paddles, balls and bags from the same supplier is cheaper than three shipments.

Bank transfer (T/T) is standard: 30% deposit to start production, 70% against the bill of lading copy. For repeat customers we can discuss more flexible terms, and letter of credit at sight is possible for larger orders. We do not accept payment to personal accounts, and banking details always appear on our official invoice - please verify by email before you transfer.

Because production starts before payment arrives. The deposit reserves capacity with the factory and buys the raw materials for your batch - it is what turns your order into a scheduled production slot instead of a request. It is the standard practice in the industry, and it protects you as much as us: no capacity reserved means no committed delivery date.

You get one dedicated merchandiser who speaks English, and updates at fixed milestones: artwork approval, pre-production sample, start of mass production, inspection report with photos, and shipment details with container number, bill of lading and ETA. You can message them at any point for a status - you will never have to ask a third party how your own order is doing.
