13. Do you provide free samples?
Stock samples are free; you cover the courier. Samples carrying your logo or your packaging are charged, and that sample cost is credited back against the bulk invoice once the order is confirmed. Courier account details or a prepaid label are all we need to get samples moving.
14. Do you charge design, setup or tooling fees?
Artwork proofing is free - send us a logo and we will come back with a mockup of it on the product before you commit to anything. A one-off setup cost may apply to UV printing, embroidery or laser engraving, depending on the design and the number of colours, and we always quote it before you approve. If a new mould is needed (ODM), tooling is quoted separately and transparently.
15. How fast will I get a reply and a quotation?
Within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. A real person replies with a price band, a lead time and the next step - not a catalogue dump and not a form letter. If your enquiry needs factory confirmation on a new specification, we will tell you the date we will have the answer instead of leaving you waiting.
16. What can be customised on my order?
More than most buyers expect: logo printing on the product (UV print, embroidery, laser, pad print), body colour and colourways, core thickness, weight and grip selection on paddles, ball colours and logo printing, packaging from poly bag to colour box, gift box and blister, plus hangtags, instruction sheets, barcodes, retail-ready cartons and shipping marks. If it appears on a pickleball court, we can normally brand it.
17. What artwork files do you need?
Vector files are ideal - AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. For simple logos, a 300 dpi PNG or PSD is fine. Please tell us the Pantone code if your brand colour has to match exactly. If all you have is a photo, a screenshot or a rough sketch, send that anyway: our team will redraw it and send you a proof to approve.
18. Can I print my logo on pickleballs?
Yes. Logo printing on our balls is done by pad printing, normally in one or two colours per ball, and we can also customise ball colour to match your brand. Send your artwork and we will show you a printed sample for approval before production - curved surfaces behave differently from flat ones, so the proof matters.
19. Do you offer private label, and will the packaging carry only my brand?
Yes - private label is how most of our customers work. Your logo appears on the product, the packaging and the carton, with no reference to us anywhere in the shipment unless you want one. We sign an NDA on request and we do not show your design or your packaging to other clients.
20. Can you develop a new product from my idea (ODM), and can I have exclusivity?
Yes. ODM runs from concept drawing to sample to mass production, including mould development where a new shape is required. Send us the idea, the target retail price and the market you sell in - those three inputs shape the sample. Exclusivity in your territory can be agreed in writing, normally tied to an agreed volume and period.
21. What certifications and test reports can you provide?
Kids paddles are EN71 certified, balls are produced to USAPA standard with USA Pickleball approved models available, and we arrange REACH and CPSIA testing where your market requires it. Test reports are issued by third-party labs and shared with you. Tell us your destination country and the channel you sell through, and we will tell you exactly which documents your shipment needs.
22. How do you control quality during production?
Three checkpoints. First, the pre-production sample - once you approve it, that sample becomes the mass-production standard and stays with us as the physical reference. Second, in-line checks on the production line. Third, a pre-shipment inspection against AQL 2.5, with the report and photos sent to you before the goods leave. You are welcome to send your own inspector instead.
23. What happens if the goods arrive with a quality problem?
Tell us immediately with photos or video of the carton, the label and the defect itself, and we will assess it within three working days. Depending on the finding, we replace the affected units in your next shipment or credit them. Our shipments are insured, and in the end what we are protecting is the next order, not this one.
24. How do you pack for retail and for sea freight?
Two different jobs. For retail we build the pack your channel needs: colour box, gift box, blister, hangtag, barcode and any retail-ready requirement. For freight we use export-grade cartons with your shipping marks, and we can plan pallet dimensions and container loading to keep your freight cost down. If you sell on marketplaces, we prepare carton labels and barcodes to your specification.
